GLN International announced on the 2nd that it signed a business agreement on the 30th of last month with the Korea Health Industry Development Institute and the Korea International Medical Association, and will begin developing digital financial products to boost the attraction of foreign medical tourists.

In line with the recently increasing medical demand from foreign visitors to Korea and the needs of medical institutions, GLN plans to develop digital financial products that can enhance convenience for foreign customers and later evolve them into specialized financial services for foreign customers within Hana Financial Group.

Through this business agreement, the three organizations will jointly promote ▲development and introduction of financial products exclusively for foreign medical tourists ▲participation by domestic medical institutions and establishment of cooperation systems with overseas partners ▲improvement of financial convenience for foreign medical tourists to revitalize the attraction of foreign medical tourists. In addition, they plan to expand the scope of cooperation so they can also introduce differentiated financial services for foreigners.
